We are in the process of doing final verification of our data center migration. If you are using a credit card terminal you will need to reboot your terminal to pick up new terminal configuration settings.

Reminder: Zift will be migrating data center this weekend starting Saturday February 22 @ 11pm MT.

Zift will be migrating production operations from our Salt Lake City, UT (SLC1) data center to Lenexa, KS (MCI2). This change has been moved to Saturday February 22 @ 11pm MT. This change has been scheduled for 6 hours. During this period, operations in the SLC1 data center will be disabled. Operations will then be transferred to our MCI2 data center.

The following functions will be unavailable during this change:
- Batch processing
- Transaction API
- Onboarding API
- Hosted Onboarding Forms
- Terminal Management API
- Terminal Cloud
- Hosted Payment Pages

Preparation
You do not need to make any changes to your integration. All API endpoints and services will be available on ziftpay.com when the migration is complete. You will continue to use your current credentials for API and merchant portal access.

We recommend that you check your upstream DNS server(s) to verify they are functioning properly as this change will entail undated DNS entries for ziftpay.com.

We also recommend that you verify your outbound security services allow appropriate outbound traffic to the following IP addresses:

68.169.18.207 sftp.ziftpay.com
104.25.232.7 secure.ziftpay.com
104.25.232.7 manage.ziftpay.com
